  Secondary text reads clearly on every panel

  • Secondary text is lighter. Field labels, help text, the workspace navigation and the small captions were tuned for the darker panels the dark theme used to have, and they came out dim on the new, lighter surfaces shipped in 1.8.0. Every piece of muted text now clears the WCAG AA contrast minimum on every surface it can sit on.

  Guests in the room: invite, join, and appear live

  • Invite guests without leaving the voting room. The share link is created, copied and regenerated from a panel inside the room, so a session no longer breaks to go and fetch a link.
  • A guest now appears the moment they enter. Everyone already in the room used to need a page reload before a new guest showed up in the participant list.
  • Guest share links work again. Anonymous sessions were switched off in the hosting configuration, so every guest link failed at entry with "Could not start a guest session"; both environments are corrected and a daily check now catches that setting drifting again.
  • The room reads more clearly on the dark theme. The table panel and the seats sit on their own surface instead of blending into the page, the estimation seats are solid rather than translucent, and the secondary actions are filled buttons instead of near-invisible outlines.
  • A refused action explains itself next to the button that refused it, and no longer pushes the other controls around when it appears.

  • You can create your workspace today - no waitlist, no invite needed. The official launch stays 6 October 2026.
  • Every workspace created before launch is free until 5 November 2026, thirty days past launch, with every feature included and no card needed.
  • Payments stay closed until launch day; the billing page shows exactly when they open.

  Simpler pricing: Business at $49, unlimited tasks on Free

  • Business is now $49 a month, down from $79 ($39 on the annual plan).
  • The Free plan no longer caps how many tasks a project can hold.
  • Unlimited guest voters on every plan, including Free - guests never count towards your member limit.
  • The plan comparison now lists only what EstimateTask actually does today. Features that were still on the roadmap have been removed from the paid cards.
